Today's Kendo Practice Room Journal!

Today was the first joint training for Kageido!
Currently, there are several training centers such as Hombu Itabashi Dojo, Tsukishima Dojo, and Jewelry Kids Kendo Class, but this time, we gathered at one training center to work out regardless of class boundaries!

The children's class started with basic stance, followed by swinging, kumite, and finally standing.

Some of the children met for the first time at this training session, and I think it was a good stimulus for both of us.
Above all, I was impressed by the way they were enjoying themselves in a spacious place.

I think the adult class was more active than usual, as they were able to practice with people they don't usually get to train with!
Adults started with a bare hand swing, followed by basic training in stance, kumite, etc., and finally, standing practice.

We plan to hold more of these events in the future, and I felt that this would be a good opportunity to deepen exchanges with the chapters.
