Tour of Ukraine (Slavtiti Part 1)

After the performance of "Utakatana Sekai" in Madrid, Spain, and the performance in Barcelona, the Kamui/Kenkido group entered Ukraine from Kiev on the evening of November 5.

The next day, on the 6th, they performed in Slavtiti, about 200 km from Kiev.

Slavčići was once a prosperous town built for the workers of the Chernobyl Power Plant and their families, but now, more than 30 years after the accident, it is a peaceful town with a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of a bygone era that makes it a favorite filming location.

There will be two performances, one for children in the daytime and one for the general public in the evening.

Before the doors opened, children had already gathered at the theater entrance and mouthed "Konnichiwa" to the audience.

During the performance, the audience applauded and cheered so loudly that one could feel the excitement of the audience on stage, but in the evening session, the audience stood up and gave a standing ovation.

After the curtain call, the mayor of Slavtiti delivered a speech,

Many more guests came up to the podium for commemorative photos and other opportunities to interact with the Slavic people.

Local broadcasters have also covered this performance in the news.

Although I could hardly communicate with them, I could feel that they enjoyed the event.

The words "Spasiba (thank you)" were deeply felt at the first performance of the Ukraine tour.
