Today's Kendo Training Room Journal - Itabashi Headquarters

Today was the promotion examination.

The children's class was filled with a variety of training, including stance, kata, kumite, and finally sword dance.

Everyone looked more nervous than usual, but each of them showed what they could do at the moment.

It was very cool to see them work hard on the many screening items, and I think their daily efforts have been well received.

I hope that you will continue to work hard and not be in a hurry to make the most of each day!

 

 

The adult class also started with the sliding feet for the promotion examination, followed by basic training in stance and kumite, and finally, the sword dance.

I believe that each of the participants showed the results of their daily practice under the words, "I am very proud of you.

In this context, I felt that the rising of the belt meant that I had to further accept and engrave my responsibility, determination, and pride.
