Today's children's practice was divided into boys and girls. The boys' team practiced kumite and gave a presentation at the end. The girls' team decided on a set-up and did a little theatrical dance. At first, the girls were a bit confused, but once they got into the performance, they showed no such signs of confusion, which was surprising to see how much they had grown.

The adult frame consisted of a large group of standing around. We repeated the exercise over and over again to get the breathing and timing just right. I was out of breath faster than usual because there were many areas to pay attention to.

We have a new initiate. We are happy to have more friends.
