Kikugido Practice Journal

Today, the children had their tour training. Since today was the last tour practice, we concentrated on checking every detail so that they would be able to make the most of the tour. It was very encouraging to see them concentrating on their work.

The adult group also departed from the tour group, so they went back to the basics and performed kumite 1-3.

The simplicity of the kumite made me feel that this first half of the kumite is very important as we move into the second half of the kumite. I have to devote myself to it every day!

Continuity is power!
