special consideration for non-traditional (older) children

Today we did kumite for the first time in a while, from 1 to 5, and I remembered it well.
After that, we did the posture and did 140 bare strikes.

At the beginning of the training, kumite is practiced, followed by uke practice!
Simple things are difficult! We did our best through trial and error!
