Today was the 47th Open Workshop.

It had been a long time since I myself had participated.

The children's class did kata and Kumite 7. The kids I hadn't seen in a while had grown up more than I had expected.

In the adult class, the main focus of the training was on standing around.
At first, everyone was like, "I can't do such a long standing circle," but by the end of the rehearsal, they were doing it smoothly, as they had been practicing for a long time.
