Today's Kendo Training Room Journal - Itabashi Headquarters
Today's children's class began with a practice of stance and ended with a new sword dance.
There are several types of postures, but before you know it, it's just a matter of course.
The children's efforts were evident in the way they wore their clothes.
I learned the sword dance really well in a short time.
"Before I knew it, I was learning quickly and accurately, and I definitely felt that I was building up my skills on a daily basis.
Let's all do our best in the upcoming promotion examinations!
The adult class also began with basic kumite practice, followed by sword dance practice in the second half.
In the practice sessions in which Shimaguchi Sensei fine-tunes the movements as he creates them, we are able to see not only the movements but also glimpses of their construction, and I believe that the time spent creating them together will become valuable to those who receive the practice in the future.
I thought today's rehearsal was a glimpse of such various moments.
Thank you for your hard work in training today.
