Tsukishima Class Practice Log

Today's Tsukishima class was the first practice of the year.

The group rehearsed mainly for the Chuo Ward Circle Presentation to be held on February 17,

In addition to that, we did a four-person intertwined stand-up in the adult frame.

 

This is a four-person intertwining that we also practiced in yesterday's Itabashi class.

The important thing, after all, is to continue to face the situation without losing consciousness.

If you keep that in mind, you will be able to make difficult stands.

It was a meaningful training session that allowed us to feel such a response.
