Today, both the children's and adult slots had a four-person entanglement stand-around.
I felt that if I not only memorized the moves, but also properly caught up with the entanglement and the receiving, the standing around would flow more naturally.

I felt the greatness of swordsmanship as a mezot, and I realized that it is only through the basic practice of stance and kumite that we are able to share these skills with others.

Also, those who changed their belt color today due to promotion received a new belt.
I think it is important to be prepared to properly accept the grade you receive and to fulfill the responsibilities commensurate with that grade.
