We commissioned Mr. Matsuda—who has created reliefs for the Meikyukai and martial artists whom Japan proudly presents to the world—to create a “Kenki-do Relief” modeled after Representative Shimaguchi.
There's a palpable sense of energy, as if Representative Shimaguchi were about to step right out of the relief at any moment.
