Kamui and Kengido members visit the "Aizu Festival"!

On September 23rd, members of the swordsmith Kamui and swordsmanship team participated in the "Aizu Festival" held in Aizu Wakamatsu City. They performed at the "Aizu Festival" held in Aizu-Wakamatsu City on September 23rd.

The Aizu Festival has its roots in the lantern procession held in 1928 to celebrate the marriage of Prince Yonin Chichibu and Seizuko Matsudaira, granddaughter of Prince Matsudaira Yoriyasu.

In later years, the festival came to be held to console the spirits of the Aizu domain warriors who died in the Boshin War and to express gratitude to their predecessors,

Haruka Ayase, who played the heroine in "Yae no Sakura," participated in the festival, making it a major event that symbolizes the region.

Thanks to the favorable reception of our performance, we were able to have a good time at the event,

We were told that many people had seen the "Diamond Route Japan" video on TV and other media, and we were approached on several occasions by people who had seen the video.

I am honored to be able to participate in the Aizu Festival on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of Boshin,

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the people of Aizuwakamatsu for inviting us.
