Do you know the difference between a dance and a dance?"

 

We are pleased to announce that the stage play "THE FACTORY," which closed in February 2017 to favorable reviews, will be performed again from October 25 as an art project of the Agency for Cultural Affairs!

 

The stage is set for THE FACTORY, a factory that conveys culture as entertainment.

There, they present a number of Japanese cultures as entertainment.

This year's performance will feature Kyogen, Tsugaru shamisen, shakuhachi, Japanese drums, swordsmanship, and animation dance.

The factory manager and factory workers of "THE FACTORY" will act as storytellers to accompany the impressive performances by each professional.

It conveys the unknown history and background of each culture in a form.

 

It is truly a stage that revives traditional performing arts as modern entertainment.
