Today was the promotion examination.<\/p>\n
The children's class was filled with a variety of training, including stance, kata, kumite, and finally sword dance.<\/p>\n
Everyone looked more nervous than usual, but each of them showed what they could do at the moment.<\/p>\n
It was very cool to see them work hard on the many screening items, and I think their daily efforts have been well received.<\/p>\n
I hope that you will continue to work hard and not be in a hurry to make the most of each day!<\/p>\n

The adult class also started with the sliding feet for the promotion examination, followed by basic training in stance and kumite, and finally, the sword dance.<\/p>\n
